A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing items back into stock and it will be customer responsibility to ship the product back to us in original condition, any opened or used proucts there is no return. All Food or Grocery related Items has no return or exchange in any condition.
With a few exceptions, regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please note: we cannot accept returns for consumable or customizable products.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. Payments made by wire, cheque, or e-transfer will receive a Refund Credit instead.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Applicable restocking fees also apply.
Any return requests for Special Ordered Products must be handled through our Customer Solutions Specialists.
We are unable to accept returned consumable products. This policy ensures that all consumable products we ship are safe, untampered, and have adequate shelf life for our Canadian customers.
