At PRIME RESTAURANT SUPPLY WHOLESALE, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and hassle-free shipping across Canada usually ship next day. we require 5 to 7 days for Ontario& Quebec and 7 to 10 days for all other Provinces  Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Address Change / Reconsignments

If a shipping address needs to be changed after processing, carriers will charge a reconsignment fee. Fees vary by location and apply even if the new address is nearby.

Each shipment requiring an address change will be subject to its own reconsignment fee.

If we do not receive confirmation of the fee, your order will ship to the original address. Unconfirmed changes may result in the shipment being returned.

Note: If delivery is attempted to the original address and fails, redelivery fees may also apply.

Auto-Reorder

By enrolling in Auto-Reorder, you agree to receive recurring shipments of selected products.

  • You’ll receive a Pre-shipment Email before each reorder.
  • You may change frequency, address, or payment method in My Account.
  • If no changes are made, the order will process automatically.

Product prices and availability may vary between orders.

Call Before Delivery

For common carrier shipments, you may request a FREE "Call Before Delivery" service.

  • Carrier will call 24 hours before arrival.
  • Required for residential deliveries, recommended for businesses with irregular hours.
  • Typical delivery window: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (4 hours).
If you miss your appointment, redelivery fees will apply.

Delivery Expectations – Common Carrier

Carriers typically allow 15 minutes for unloading. Delays may result in detention or storage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Commercial & Residential Shipping Addresses

Commercial address: location with a public entrance and posted hours.
Residential: includes home businesses (must be marked as residential).

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

If items arrive damaged, missing, or lost, you must:

  • Note issues on delivery receipt before signing.
  • Keep a copy of the receipt.
  • Contact us within 1 business day.
  • Retain all packaging.
  • Take photos of damages.

Signing the receipt without noting issues confirms delivery in good condition. Claims cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
