Return & Refund Policy
Return Window & Eligibility
- You may return regularly stocked, non-consumable items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging/condition.
- Custom, made-to-order, consumables, perishable or grocery-related items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact customer support to request a return authorization.
- Ship the item back to us return shipping is at your cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item and it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund (less restocking fee and shipping deductions).
Restocking Fee & Refunds
- A 30% restocking fee will be applied to the item’s cost (to cover processing and restocking).
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping charges originally paid during checkout are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Consumable, food, or grocery-related products.
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items.
- Any item that has been opened, used, damaged (by customer), or not returned in its original packaging.
