Return & Refund Policy

Return Window & Eligibility

  • You may return regularly stocked, non-consumable items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging/condition.
  • Custom, made-to-order, consumables, perishable or grocery-related items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support to request a return authorization.
  2. Ship the item back to us return shipping is at your cost.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item and it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund (less restocking fee and shipping deductions).

Restocking Fee & Refunds

  • A 30% restocking fee will be applied to the item’s cost (to cover processing and restocking).
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping charges originally paid during checkout are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumable, food, or grocery-related products.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items.
  • Any item that has been opened, used, damaged (by customer), or not returned in its original packaging.
