Due to High Volume orders, minimum Processing Time of your orders is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Local Pickup: FREE from our warehouse location at 80 Simpson Rd, Bolton, ON L7E 4G2 (by appointment)

  • Please note: Delivery times aren't Guaranteed and may vary due to availaibility of products, remote locations.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs Free for all GTA and Surrounding area with No Minimum Order, All others are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Free pickup is available for all orders at our warehouse. Please schedule your pickup in advance.
  • Order Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your shipment upon delivery.
  • Report any visible damage, missing items, or defects within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos and a description when contacting our support team.
  • Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
