BiRAL VG-HT delivers outstanding performance wherever lubricating challenges occur due to high temperatures and aggressive operating environments. It is specially formulated to provide stable, long-lasting lubrication in demanding industrial applications.
Typical applications include plastics molding tools, conveyors, chains, and linkages in I.R. ovens, paint booths, and overhead production lines such as automobile manufacturing and newspaper printing. It is also ideal for bottling plants, packaging and carton-making machines, bearings, and equipment exposed to heat, steam, seawater, and aggressive chemical conditions.
BiRAL VG-HT performs reliably within a wide temperature range of -20ºC to 270ºC. The formulation is completely free from silicone, MoS², PTFE, 1,1,1-Trichloroethane, and lead-based additives. Independent testing by Japan’s Yamasaki Seiki Institute recognized VG-HT as a superior corrosion-inhibiting lubricant, capable of resisting attack from highly acidic atmospheric SO².
