Professional Preparation Instructions
  1. Add entire contents of mix bag and yeast packet to large mixing bowl with 1 1/2 cups warm water, 1 egg, 3 egg whites, and 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter or oil
  2. Using paddle attachment of stand mixer, mix on low speed for 2 minutes
  3. Scrape down sides of bowl with rubber spatula
  4. Mix on medium speed for 6 minutes more
  5. Transfer dough to pre-greased loaf pan and lightly brush top with oil or melted butter
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and proof in warm place until batter reaches top of pan (45-60 minutes)
  7. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350°F until crust is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 210°F (about 90 minutes)
