Bring the traditional taste of Taiwan and Singapore to your establishment with this convenient powdered mix.
Offer your patrons a taste of a classic Asian dessert with this Bossen ai yu jelly powder mix! Traditionally, ai yu jelly is made from the seeds of the awkeotsang creeping fig and is enjoyed in Taiwan and Singapore. This popular dessert is the perfect refreshment for a hot summer day! Its light, sweet, lemony flavor is a great way to beat the heat. While it's traditionally enjoyed on its own garnished with sliced lime and other fresh fruits, ai yu jelly also makes a great topping for bubble tea or shaved ice.
This convenient powdered product takes the labor and guesswork out of serving delicious ai yu jelly at your establishment! To prepare, simply follow a 1:5 powder to water ratio. Dissolve the powder in hot water, allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate before serving!
Each bag makes approximately 50 prepared servings (100g each)
Plus, the resealable bag ensures that any unused powder will stay fresh until ready to prepare.
In a pot, mix the ai yu jelly powder with water. If desired, add honey, fructose, or lemon syrup for delicious sweetness. Heat until boiling, ensuring that the powder is completely dissolved, then remove the mixture from heat. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving; keep refrigerated and do not freeze.
