Ai Yu Jelly Preparation

(300 g prepared jelly)

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp. Bossen ai yu jelly powder
  • 360 mL water
  • Bossen honey, fructose, or lemon syrup to taste (optional)

Instructions:

In a pot, mix the ai yu jelly powder with water. If desired, add honey, fructose, or lemon syrup for delicious sweetness. Heat until boiling, ensuring that the powder is completely dissolved, then remove the mixture from heat. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving; keep refrigerated and do not freeze.
