TapRite 27DE Tapioca Syrup is a liquid sweetener and binder made from tapioca. At 27 dextrose equivalent it is less sweet than the 42DE grade, which makes it useful for binding bars, granola and clusters without adding much sweetness.
It is gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO, vegan and made in America. Sold in a 5 gallon pail.
