Plus, there is minimal to no sweating in transition from cold to warm environments, allowing you to store finished pieces in the fridge or freezer without worry until they are ready to present.

Perfect for All Celebrations: Use this fondant to create specialty cakes that are fit for weddings, anniversaries, graduations, birthdays, and celebrations of any kind. Its dough-like consistency can be molded, twisted, shaped, and sculpted into flowers, bows, or magical character figures!

The fondant features a white color with a satin-matte finish and a natural vanilla buttercream flavor that will not overpower the taste of your baked goods. Its natural white color can be enhanced with white food coloring to create a brighter white, or use any food coloring that you would use with other fondants to create signature colors for your creations.

Because it is formulated to stand up to heat and humidity, this tropical fondant has a firmer unkneaded texture than Satin Ice's classic fondant but transforms into a smooth, elastic product once kneaded. If the fondant is too firm to knead, it can be microwaved for 5 seconds to soften.

To use, prepare your cake, apply a layer of buttercream icing, and then roll the fondant out to a thickness of about 1/8" or less to cover the cake. Fondant not only adds a pristine coating to any cake, but it also seals the cake and keeps it moist.
