This SC Johnson Drano® 696642 1 gallon Max gel clog remover is perfect for unclogging and maintaining drains in your facility's kitchen or bathroom. Its quick-acting formula is specifically designed to dissolve tough grease, hair, and mineral buildup.
Drano® gel drain cleaner contains no phosphates, and has a special ingredient to protect pipes from corrosion. It won't harm pipes when used overnight, and a final blast of hot water is all that's needed to clear away what's left of the clog. Whether you own a restaurant, dining hall, or healthcare facility, regular use of Drano® will keep your drains open and ready for use.
To use, open the childproof cap on the 1 gallon container and pour 16 oz. into the drain. Let it stand for 15 minutes, then run hot water through the drain to flush out the Drano® and whatever may be clogging your drains. For more difficult blockages, use 32 oz. of Drano® and let it stand for 30 minutes before flushing. Repeat this process if necessary.
The gel formula is especially helpful as it pours through standing water to attack active clogs that may be completely stopping up your drains.
