Toddy's® cold-brew extraction process allows you to brew full-bodied, aromatic coffee or tea.
This comprehensive kit includes both disposable paper filters and a reusable strainer, providing a complete solution for your Toddy® Commercial Cold Brew System. For optimal brewing results, it is highly recommended to use these filters and strainer in conjunction with the patented Toddy® Lift to prevent ripping or tearing of the paper.
The reusable strainer supports the filters from ripping or tearing, enabling you to confidently remove the bag after each brew. The new, upgraded design of the strainer stitching helps with flavor neutrality and allows for a stronger hold. It also acts as a secondary filter to ensure coffee grounds don't make their way into the extract.
Together, the filter and strainer can hold up to 5 lb. of coarse-ground coffee or tea allowing you to easily craft bulk batches of your signature cold brewed beverages. After brewing and dispensing your concentrate, simply discard the used paper filter along with the coffee ground contents for quick and easy clean up!
