This BREW120-MS filtration system features a carbon block design specifically engineered for coffee and tea brewing equipment. The system removes chlorine taste, odor, and cysts while filtering particulates down to 0.5 micron. A slow-release scale inhibitor prevents mineral deposits that can damage equipment components.
The sanitary quick-change design allows for easy cartridge replacement without touching the filter media, maintaining cleanliness and safety. The valve-in-head design simultaneously shuts off and vents water during cartridge changes without requiring upstream water shutoff.
Designed for 1.5 GPM applications with 3/8" water inlet and outlet connections. Maximum operating pressure is 125 PSI (pressure limiting valve recommended above 80 PSI). Maximum operating temperature is 100°F. Includes mounting bracket for easy installation with minimum 2⅜" clearance below cartridge for removal.
By preventing scale buildup on fittings, sprayheads, and heating elements, this system extends equipment life and reduces costly repairs. Investing in proper water filtration protects your brewing equipment investment while ensuring consistently high-quality beverages.
