This BREW110-MS carbon block filtration system is engineered specifically for coffee and tea brewing equipment. The system provides comprehensive water treatment, removing chlorine taste and odor while filtering microscopic particles down to 0.5 micron.
The integrated slow-release scale inhibitor prevents mineral buildup that can damage equipment components. The sanitary quick-change design ensures clean cartridge replacement without direct contact with filter media, maintaining hygiene standards.
Rated for 1 GPM applications with 3,500-gallon capacity (12-month change interval). Features 3/8" NPT water connections with maximum operating pressure of 125 PSI (pressure limiting valve recommended above 80 PSI). Maximum operating temperature is 100°F. Includes mounting bracket with minimum 2⅜" clearance below cartridge.
By preventing scale buildup on fittings, sprayheads, and heating elements, this system extends equipment lifespan and reduces maintenance costs. The valve-in-head design allows for simultaneous water shut-off and venting during cartridge changes without requiring upstream water shutoff.
