1. Bring fresh cold water to a boil.
2. Pour hot water over the tea bag and steep for about 4 minutes.
3. Remove the tea bag and enjoy hot.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 6 Prime Mint Medley herbal tea bags
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 large egg yolks
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/3 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions: Beat sugar into egg yolks until pale. Add flour and salt. Heat milk to boiling, steep tea bags 15 minutes, then remove bags. Mix in half & half, return to low simmer. Slowly whisk hot milk into egg mixture. Return to pan, cook on low until custard thickens. Strain, chill, then freeze in ice cream machine. Add chocolate chips before finishing. Serve chilled.
