1. Bring fresh cold water to a boil
2. Pour water over tea bag
3. Steep for 2-4 minutes, then remove tea bag
For iced tea: steep longer and pour over ice
• 6 Bigelow spiced chai tea bags
• ¾ cup boiling water
• 1½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 cups whole milk
• Cinnamon sticks & whipped cream for garnish
1. Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes
2. Remove bags and squeeze excess tea
3. Combine tea with cocoa and sugar in saucepan
4. Cook until dissolved/just boiling
5. Stir in milk and heat thoroughly
6. Garnish and serve
