BiRAL NMG is a high performance grease engineered for demanding lubrication environments where extreme temperatures, heavy loads, and aggressive operating conditions are present. It is designed to maintain reliable lubrication in industrial equipment exposed to heat, steam, seawater, and chemically aggressive environments.
This advanced lubricant is formulated from a carefully balanced blend of mineral oil and polymer technology combined with antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and EP/AW additives. The lithium complex soap thickener enhances stability and allows the grease to perform effectively in high temperature applications and heavily loaded bearings.
BiRAL NMG provides strong adhesion to metal surfaces and maintains excellent mechanical stability even in severe operating conditions. Its formulation ensures dependable lubrication for conveyors, chains, sintering presses, ovens, autoclaves, drying plants, paint booths, bottling lines, packaging machines, and other equipment frequently exposed to intense heat and moisture.
The grease is designed to maintain its structure at elevated temperatures and will not melt or drip even under extreme heat conditions up to 270°C, helping maintain consistent lubrication performance in demanding industrial applications.
