BiRAL VG-HT is ideal for applications where lubricating challenges arise due to high temperatures and aggressive conditions. It is used in plastics molding tools, conveyors, chains, and linkages in environments such as I.R. ovens, paint booths, overhead production line conveyors in automobile manufacturing, newspaper printing, bottling plants, packaging and carton-making machines, bearings, and equipment frequently exposed to heat, steam, seawater, and chemical attack.
This lubricant performs reliably from -20ºC to 270ºC and is completely free from silicone, MoS², PTFE, 1,1,1-Trichloroethane, and any lead-based additives.
Japan’s Yamasaki Seiki Institute independently tested VG-HT and confirmed it as a top corrosion-inhibiting lubricant, preventing damage even from highly acidic atmospheric SO².
