BiRAL VG-HT is a premium lubricant ideal for applications where high temperatures and aggressive environments challenge conventional oils. It is perfect for plastics molding tools, conveyors, chains, linkages in I.R. ovens, paint booths, overhead production line conveyors (e.g., automobile manufacture and newspaper printing), bottling plants, packaging, carton-making machines, bearings, and other equipment exposed to extremes of heat, steam, seawater, and chemical attack. It performs reliably from -20ºC to 270ºC and is free from silicone, MoS², PTFE, 1,1,1-Trichloroethane, and lead-based additives.
BiRAL VG-HT was independently tested by Japan’s Yamasaki Seiki Institute and declared the best corrosion-inhibiting lubricant available, preventing attack even from highly acidic atmospheric SO².
