Pour cold brew coffee, vodka, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and vigorously shake for 15 seconds and strain the combined mixture into a pre-chilled martini glass. To prepare a 2.5 gallon batch of cold brew concentrate, place a filter inside of a beverage dispenser according to instructions, and add 5 lb. of Crown Beverages cold brew coarse ground coffee. Pour 3 gallons of room temperature water over the grounds and let steep for 12-24 hours before bottling or using your concentrate.
Once brewed, the cold brew concentrate can last up to 2 weeks if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To serve, it is recommended to dilute the concentrate with 3 parts water, milk, or milk alternative to every 1 part of concentrate.
