LUBRIPLATE BIO-SYNXTREME HF Series Hydraulic Fluids

LUBRIPLATE BIO-SYNXTREME HF Series Hydraulic Fluids are high performance hydraulic fluids designed for demanding industrial and marine (Vessel General Permit) applications requiring environmental sensitivity, water solubility, fire resistance, and excellent anti-wear properties over wide temperature ranges. These polyalkylene glycol (PAG) based fluids, available in three viscosity grades, are anhydrous (water-free). They provide superior stability, do not break down to form sludge, and do not hydrolyze in the presence of water. With a high viscosity index and excellent low temperature characteristics, a single viscosity grade can often replace two or three conventional grades.

Key Features

  • PAG (Polyalkylene Glycol) based formulation
  • Available in three viscosity grades
  • Anhydrous (water-free) composition
  • Vessel General Permit compliant for marine use
  • Excellent anti-wear protection
  • High viscosity index for stable performance
  • Outstanding low temperature fluidity
  • Resists sludge formation and thermal breakdown
  • Does not hydrolyze in presence of water
  • May replace 2–3 conventional viscosity grades
