LUBRIPLATE BIO-SYNXTREME HF Series Hydraulic Fluids

LUBRIPLATE BIO-SYNXTREME HF Series are high performance hydraulic fluids engineered for demanding industrial and marine (Vessel General Permit) applications where environmental sensitivity, water solubility, fire resistance, and superior anti-wear protection are required across wide temperature ranges. These polyalkylene glycol (PAG) based hydraulic fluids, available in three viscosity grades, are anhydrous (water-free). They maintain stability under severe operating conditions, resist sludge formation, and do not hydrolyze in the presence of water. Due to their high viscosity index and excellent low temperature performance, a single grade can often replace multiple conventional viscosity grades.

Key Features

  • Polyalkylene Glycol (PAG) based formulation
  • Three viscosity grades available
  • Water-free (anhydrous) technology
  • Designed for industrial and marine VGP applications
  • Excellent anti-wear performance
  • High viscosity index for stable operation
  • Outstanding low-temperature fluidity
  • Resists sludge formation and oxidation breakdown
  • Non-hydrolyzing in presence of moisture
  • Can replace multiple hydraulic fluid grades
