The Mike's Hot Honey Story

When Mike Kurtz first encountered hot honey at a pizzeria in Brazil, he immediately knew he had to recreate it for himself. After months of experimentation with infusing honey with fiery chili peppers, he finally hit on the perfect recipe, and Mike's Hot Honey was born!
