Mobilgrease XHP™ 460 Series greases are premium lithium complex lubricants designed for extended service in demanding industrial and heavy-duty applications. Developed using advanced proprietary manufacturing technology, these greases deliver superior adhesion, structural stability, and resistance to water contamination while maintaining reliable lubrication under severe operating conditions.
The formulation provides excellent high-temperature performance along with outstanding resistance to oxidation, rust, and corrosion. With a high dropping point and recommended operating temperature up to 140°C (284°F), Mobilgrease XHP 460 greases help maintain consistent lubrication even in environments where conventional greases may fail.
These greases use an ISO VG 460 base oil viscosity and are commonly available in NLGI grades 1 and 2. The Mobilgrease XHP 462 Moly variant is fortified with molybdenum disulfide to enhance extreme pressure and anti-wear protection, making it suitable for heavily loaded components and high sliding contact surfaces.
