Mobiltac 375 NC, 325 NC and 275 NC are extra high-performance, non-leaded, diluent-type, heavy-bodied open gear lubricants engineered for demanding mining and industrial open gear applications. Formulated with a non-chlorinated volatile solvent, these lubricants ensure excellent fluidity during application, even in low temperatures.
After application, the diluent evaporates, leaving behind a flexible, adhesive and high-strength lubricating film. This durable film adheres strongly to gear teeth and machine elements, reducing excessive throw-off and providing continuous protection under severe boundary lubrication conditions.
Mobiltac 275 NC contains solid phase EP/anti-wear additives for enhanced equipment protection. All grades resist hardening, chipping and flaking in cold weather, remain self-healing during operation, and prevent hard-packed buildup in gear tooth roots. They also offer resistance to rain, snow and process water wash-off while maintaining high flash points for operational safety.
