These Phade jumbo straws are among the first commercially compostable straws manufactured in the United States. The Nodax PHA biopolymer, developed by Danimer Scientific, uses canola oil as its raw material source, creating a product that performs like traditional plastic while offering end-of-life compostability.
Each straw measures 7 3/4 inches in length with a 5 1/2 mm diameter, making them well-suited for iced coffee, soda, lemonade, water, and other cold beverages.
